How do I request a Handyman or service without using online features? I prefer to talk to a real person.
The most convenient way to contact us and begin services is through our Client Hub. But if you prefer to speak with us, feel free to call us at (888)-818-5598. We'd love to hear from you! We can get you all setup over the phone. If no one is available to take your call, please leave us a voice mail and a call back number and we will return your call as soon as possible.

How do I request a Handyman or service online? I prefer to do everything online through emails and text.

I requested a Handyman using the online features, now what?
After submitting a request through our Client Hub, you will receive a text message shortly from our Client Hub system for a scheduled visit the day and time you provided. Upon your approval of scheduled visit using the Client Hub text feature, a Handyman will show up the scheduled day and time to begin work.

I'm needing a big project done, can I get a step by step of the process?
Yes, firstly either submit a online form through our Client hub, or by contacting us by phone or email. Next we will review your request, schedule an assessment if needed which may include a free scheduled visit. Finally we will send you a estimate of your request within 24 hours. Upon your approval of the estimate, we will schedule a visit with you to preform the job. Afterwards you will receive an invoice for work completed and receipt upon payment.

How do I check to see if my request has been accepted or if I need to accept an already given estimate to start service?
If you requested a Handyman, we will contact you by phone or by email, whichever you prefer. If you are requesting a larger job that needs an estimate you may check it by one of the links provided or one of the links you used to submit a request. What are the cost of services?
You will receive a quote from our team using information you provide. Large or specialized jobs will require an estimate. We will use any information given by you regarding your request to provide you with a free estimate by phone, email, or scheduled a scheduled assessment.

How do I pay for services?
We have many convenient ways to pay. Cash, check, credit/debit card. If your bank offers online banking you may also pay through your bank. Online pay options will be provided using our Client Hub. Invoices will be provided upon work completion and receipts will be provided upon payment.

We are based out of Thomasville N.C, our shop is in Welcome. We will provide services to the triad and all surrounding areas
